Refund Policy

Why the policy is generous

ViewPin is free to use with one pin, and every download includes a 7-day Pro trial. You can find out whether it suits you before paying anything. Given that, a refund request usually means we got something wrong, and arguing about it would be a poor use of both our time.

How to request one

1. Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or include your order number.
2. We acknowledge within one business day.
3. Once approved, Dodo Payments returns the money to your original payment method. Their processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Tax collected at checkout is refunded along with the purchase price.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence key is revoked. ViewPin notices this the next time it checks, and returns to the free tier — one pin, still fully working. You are not locked out of the app, and nothing you pinned or configured is deleted.

After 14 days

We will still read your email. If ViewPin stopped working, was misrepresented, or something went wrong on our side, we would rather refund you than have you feel cheated. Outside those cases, purchases after 14 days are final.

Things that are not refundable

• Licences terminated for fraud or deliberate breach of the Terms.
• Duplicate purchases are refunded, not treated as non-refundable — just tell us and we will return the extra one.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks; an email usually takes a day. We have never refused a reasonable refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you have under consumer law where you live. It does not replace them.
